*Pre-recorded | Available to watch from Thursday, Oct 25th at 12am AT

If you've been to ReJigged before, you know that Sabra MacGillivray is a dancer, performer, choreographer, and teacher. But did you also know that this champion highland dancer is also a trained pilates instructor and registered massage therapist? Join Sabra in a pre-recorded session where she'll discuss how to avoid common overuse injuries that plague dancers and musicians. She'll also talk about simple home treatments for minor injuries and she'll give you some excellent advice on how to stay active, keep dancing, and continue to play tunes for decades more. You're never too old to dance and you're never too young to learn how to better care for your body!

Have Questions?
Sabra’s workshop is pre-recorded, but we want to make sure your concerns are addressed!
